岗位职责:

? Maintain strict confidentiality in patient information and personnel issues.
? Coordinate anesthesia coverage schedule.
? Prepare monthly anesthesia department meeting agenda and record and publish minutes.
? Collect case information for peer review and periodical M&M conferences
? Be the information intake portal for any request from anyone regarding anesthesia services at SHU.
? Be the information dissemination portal for the Department Chair or based on department policy
? Collect data for statistical analysis, and prepare for internal/external presentation
? Assisting Department personnel who are involved in any hospital or external committees in preparing meeting agenda and special projects
? Responsible for anesthesia office supply and ergonomic work environment.
