JOB PURPOSE 工作目的
Be technical responsible in a product development project reporting to the Project Manager.
Leading a Technology &Lab team of engineers and technicians to develop innovative products and technical solutions with the right cost and quality in projects within New Product Development (NPD) organization of Small Appliances.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要的工作职责
· Plan and follow up of T&L engineering activities (time and recourse plans, test plan, test results and analysis, action plans, system description etc.)
· Report progress, risks and deviation from project plan to the Project Manager
· Assure that technically feasible and well-verified and defined solutions are chosen for the product. Selected solutions must be based on cross-functional input (IDC, Marketing, Purchasing, Production….)
· Creation of technical documentation and make sure that these are updated and available for other functions or internal training
· Analyse test results and propose technical changes fulfill specification.
· Have the capacity to design new test standard for the verification of new category product
Requirements:
Educational Background / Professional Qualification Requirement 学历／专业资格要求
1. Bachelor/Associate of Science degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or similar knowledge level
Work Experience Requirement 工作经验要求
Average 5~10 years experience of evaluating small appliances or equivalent product categories
Skill/Competence Requirement主要技能要求
· Advanced understanding of International test standards.
· Knowledge of home applicance products.
· Good knowledge of evaluating/verification or testing.
· Communication and Presentation skills.
· Fluent English skills on both spoken and written.
· Testing setup and analysis.
· Prioritization and coordination.
