ACCOUNTABILITY:

Application development for consumer electronics market segment and technical leading / supporting for Key OEM/customer to achieve the business strategy of Estane business plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project technical leading and co-operation with synthetic and compounding group to develop the new application to meet the market demand. Analysis of market technical trend and initiation/ideation of potential application. Technical consulting for internal and external customer.

Fulfill technical work request, design experiment, perform lab bench work to analysis, and write up report to meet technical targets of customer projects;

Visit key customers, provide on-site technical support to satisfy their technical needs;

Develop related application processing skill and knowledge, train customer’s technician in lab and provide technical service/ trouble shooting in the field;

Enhancement of application capability to meet the technical/application trend continuously;

Technical consulting for internal and external customer to select the suitable product and deliver the value of our product;

Work closely with marketing and NBD team and customer on the new application development project;

Develop the customized test protocol/simulation test protocol and create the application data;

Give technical presentation to customers and commercial partners, keep close contact with the industry and be updated with the latest technology;

Work together with sales team, QA and production team to handle customer quality complaint;

Work with regional application development team to implement global/regional application programs, as well as developing relevant local programs locally;

Keep communication with Lubrizol technical community, be updated on new product development and new processing technology development;

Anticipate, determine and understand customer needs & expectations and market trends;

职位要求：

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

Education Background:

Master’s Degree in chemistry and polymer or related field；

Technical Skills:

Injection molding technology will be preferred；

Other Experiences Preferred:

>5 years in working experience for polymers industry；

Working experience with electronics OEM will be preferred；

Must be fluent in English – written, verbal, presentation；
