Your tasks:

  

 

  

• Establish systematic approach to Basic Problem Solving and Advanced Problem Solving in Anting Tech Center for Product Development

• Lead continuous improvement projects as Six Sigma expert and support project team members with application and facilitation of problem solving methods and process (DFSS, DMAIC, Lean, 8D Problem Solving)

• Train and coach employees and staff in Six Sigma methods (e.g. Green Belt Training, Measurement System Analysis, Process Capability, etc.) at the site and support global team as trainer

• Identify, plan and track improvement opportunities (savings, efficiency increase, process improvements, product robustness) in collaboration with the management team in Anting Tech Center

• Evaluate progress of Green Belts competencies and work with them towards certification

   

            

Your profile:

  

 

  

• Technical Degree

• Several years of experience in quality, Six Sigma or similar role, ideally in automotive industry

• Competent in problem solving, Six Sigma methods, Processes and Tools (e.g. Six Sigma Black Belt Certified, Red X Journeyman certificate is a plus.)

• Self-confident, communication skills, analytical mindset and experience as coach/trainer

• Language: English (fluent)

• Flexibility to travel (frequency ~1x/quarter) to other location to support trainings, workshops, personal development, etc.

• Good proficiency in Minitab, Excel, Word, Power Point
