岗位职责：
1、 负责全国市场分销系统开拓与建设，参与制定年度开拓计划、销售目标与成本费用预算，并组织实施，完成年度销售指标；
2、 寻找及甄选优质客户，促进合作达成；协同客户与重要目标商场沟通，推介展示品牌形象与优势，为客户开拓优质店铺；
3、 向客户传导输出公司店铺经营模式、品牌理念和销售策略，发现诊断客户店铺经营中存在的问题，并给予适用的解决方案；
4、 与商场中高层谈判，为客户店铺争取有利条件，与商场保持畅通、融洽、有效的沟通，维护良好的合作关系；
5、 建立与客户长期伙伴关系，推进客户稳步发展，提升客户经营管理实力，使公司与客户形成良性互动发展；

岗位要求：
1、 本科及以上学历，3年以上同等工作经历，有优秀品牌服饰公司工作经验者优先；
2、 有一定优质的客户资源及商场资源，熟悉品牌加盟运作流程及具体事务；
3、 对中高档服装店铺的运作有深刻认识，诸如店铺管理、货品管理、陈列推广、销售技能等，有店铺零售工作或管理经验；
4、 较强的组织协调能力，处事灵活，能随机应变，有优秀的谈判和沟通能力；
5、 文化素养高，言谈举止有气质、有感召力，说服力强；
6、 能适应出差。
