Job Description:

  

  

§ Provide the highest level of service excellence to relocate executives and their families

  

§ Assist executives and families to understand the process and available resources when moving to Shanghai

  

§ Represent general brokerage and corporate tenants in home search and negotiations

  

§ Build and maintain relationships with landlords to facilitate effective negotiations

  

§ Prepare and negotiate tenancy agreements, conduct property inspections and march-in services

• Proactively look for new owners, purchasers for general sales and leasing

    

§ Conduct market research of new residential developments for leasing or sales

  

§ Research and complete regular report of Sales & Purchase market trends

  

  

  

  

Requirements:

  

  

§ Fluency in English and Mandarin

  

§ Working experience in the real estate market preferred

  

§ Self-motivated, results oriented and good negotiations skills

  

§ Enjoyment of the real estate industry and helping people

  

§ Personable and able to build relationships

  

§ Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications
