岗位职责:

？ Update equipment file of engineering department, finishing maintenance planning form, completing the annual budget of engineering department.
？ Instruct employee to process planned maintenance work efficiently, providing logistic safety guarantee for hospital
？ In charge of decoration and reconstruction of hospital, draw up overhaul plan
？ Ensure 24 hours supply of water, electricity, air-condition. Draw up prepare procedure for suddenly water cutting off and electricity shut-off.
？ Set down relative internal technology and safety regulations, supervise the implementation.
？ To security department, draw up annual job plan, updating equipment file and completing annual budget.
？ Ensure the safety of visitors and staff, formulate procedures aiming at any intimidating case.
？ Instruct all technique workers and security guards to process efficient work.
？ Draw up the annual training plan of Engineering and Security Department.
？ Participate in all safety plan, fire and disaster drill.
