职位描述
Responsibilities:
?Identify current and projected talent needs and gaps, and execute plans to identify, attract, retain and develop employees
?Assess the strengths & weaknesses of the current responsible organization and make changes where needed to upgrade the talent and mold the organization into a consistently high performing organization
?Provide active dialog, coaching, feedback, and present solutions to the business leaders on business issues such as performance, organizational structure, effective team building and leadership, training and development, succession planning and change management
?Be responsible for ensuring effective employee relations support, identifying trends/issues and implications and ensure that he/she influences appropriate responses at the business unit level
?Advise management and respond to issues of local compliance, employment law, employee and labor relations and other requirements as they pertain to the human resources function
?Manage relevant communications around changes to associates at all levels
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
?Bachelor degree or above; master degree is desirable
?At least 5 years of HR generalist working experience with at least 3 years at managerial level in MNCs
?Ability to work under pressure in fast paced, complex environment
?Ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently under limited supervision
?Strong interpersonal skill so to interact with different level of leaders and associates
?Self motivated and proactive in getting things done
?Customer oriented service attitude
?Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
