Responsibility：

be the single point of contact for customer as engineering/technical expert and program management

lead engeeing and program for new vehicle program launch(from kick off~launch job1)

ensure to achieve all necessary process, milestones and deliveries, approval from customer by well undrstanding of technical and process requirement from customer

invovle deeply into technical and process discussion with customer and Sony R&D team. propose technical solution and specification from R&D in front of customer

lead problem shooting regarding to engeering, technical and process issue from customer during verification test, design change, specification change.

ensure seamless communications between customer and various Sony departments such as Account Management, Operations, Logistics & Marketing, Quality

ensure effective support and communication from supplier for new program launch and existing programs engineering stuff

understand and communicate to the appropriate Sony teams with customer program timing plans and engineering/process requirements/documentation.

be the single point customer interface for the receipt of design change

be the single point customer interface for the submission of supplier request change

lead the issuing of design change and supplier request change and manage internal and supplier resources for progress

determine, communicate and resolve any hurdles regarding to engineering/process that will influence program launch and existing production

work with STA/SQE about key suppliers regarding engineering/process/schedule

support Account Manager and anticipate communication with customer for technical stuff before new program nomination.

Requirement：

product engineering or development background in automotive or electronics industry　　

Bachler degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Electronic/Electrical Engineering　　

good knowledge of electronics product engineering or development. Electrical R&D experience of electronics will be plusworking knowledge of the automotive multimedia device markets, technologies, competitors, etc. 　

project management (electronics products or automotive parts or vehicle) experience　　

a proven record leadership of project or sub leadership of a big project　　

excellent communication skill to coordinate internal and external resource　　

well overall vision of project development　　　　

sensitive at timing control　　　　

a decision maker at key moment　　　　

able to work independently with initiative, prioritize duties and work within tight deadlines and pressure　

flexibility to travel domestically and internationally frequently　　　

good skill at excel and powerpoint　　　　

good at verbal and written English or Japanese (Japanese is better)　　

quick learner　　　　　

familiar with TS/IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, MSA, GR&R, 6 sigma, FEMA, SPC etc. will be a plus　English and Japanese bilingual will be a plus　　　

MKT experience will be a plus
