We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated ICT Support Engineer to work with our existing team, providing local and remote support across a multi-site global organisation. Someone with good communication and customer service skills able to communicate with staff members at all levels. You will be able to work well as a team or alone.

The successful candidate will have a desire to go above and beyond, be flexible with out of hours working when needed and be able to travel occasionally to both our Hong Kong and China offices.

The ICT Support Engineer will report to the Group IT Network Manager.

Your areas of responsibility will include to;

• Day to day support of our internal staff and remote staff
• Support of internal hardware and software systems including, break/fix, scheduled maintenance, upgrades and systems improvements
• Support our ERP system
• Provide baseline support for our deployed e-commerce stores
• Support the e-commerce team with local UX review
• Maintaining relationships with 3rd party providers
• Provide local support for training new and existing systems
• Support any Brand Addition customer requirements
• Manage assigned helpdesk tickets
• Work on projects alongside the Group IT Network Manager
• Procurement of hardware and software through approved suppliers
• Support home based and remote working users
• Documentation of processes and procedures
• Communication of any relevant information to internal staff

• Microsoft Windows 7 and above
• Microsoft office 2010 and above
• Microsoft Server 2008 and above
• VoiP Telephone System Support
• Windows Networks
• Network Cabling and Patching
• Active Directory
• Group Policy
• Exchange Server 2010 On Premise & Exchange 365 in the Cloud
• Corporate Anti-Virus Management Packages
• Systems Backup Solutions
• Support of Sage 300 or Equivalent ERP System

Desired

• Firewall configuration and troubleshooting
• Networking protocols including TCP/IP
• Recognised IT Qualifications
