Position localized in Shanghai district

Responsibilities:

    

• Work and communicate with finance, sales and operations and existing logistics vendors.
• Work and follow all logistics flows from China to Asia (Australia, Japan, China, Korea, Singapore…). and manage all departures from Asia to worldwide.

    

    

    

Main activities:

• FOB/FCA shipment booking with client’s forwarder
• Book the shipments with our forwarders for all CIF, DAP and DDP orders.
• S/O sending to supplier
• Work between suppliers and client’s forwarders
• Arrange all Cosfibel letter head shipping docs (Invoice + PL)
• Making and sending goods receipts
• Book COO for client with our agent
• Work independent with client’s forwarder for all FOB/FCA orders
• Make delivery note
• Take care of DDP China orders (prepare docs/booking delivery/monitor the delivery arranged by supplier)
• Give the OK TO SHIP for the logistics part based on the QC report to check

                                                

    

Logistics Knowledges : Incoterms, negotiation (with our suppliers as well as our forwarders), ERP(SAP, Navision, or others), management of logistics issues.

    

Fiscal knowledges will be highly appreciated.but not mandatory.

    

    

Requirements:

    

Over 3 years relevant experience in logistics operation in an international company.

    

Be precise and very organized

    

Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

    

An experience in the promotional industry will be highly appreciated.
