主要职责：

1. Execute on employee lifecycle activities, including on board, termination processing, probation management, transfer/promotion and contract renewal process, ect

员工从入职开始的所有流程，包含入职、离职、试用期、转移/晋升、劳动合同续签等手续的办理及相关事项处理；

2. HRIS data and P-file daily maintenance, ensure the timeliness and accuracy of HR basic data

人力资源系统数据及员工档案的日常维护，确保人事基础数据的及时性和准确性；

3. Provide regular HR related report 定期出具人事相关报表；

4. Participate in HRIS testing and improvement/upgrade 参与HRIS系统的测试和改善/升级；

5. Employee care: Birthday, new Baby, Special care for those who diagnosed of fatal disease / severe injury/ occupational injury, etc. 负责或参与员工关怀活动，包括生日、生子、伤病慰问等；

6. Goods purchasing and management for Birthday, new baby, special care, training and other activities. 物品采购与管理，包括生日礼物、生子礼物、伤病慰问、培训等活动需要的礼品；

7. All other jobs which supervisor assign 完成其他主管安排的人事相关工作。

资历要求 :

1. Bachelor degree, major in Human Resource or equivalent is a plus

2. 1-3 year experience in SSC, HRIS experience is preferred

3. Fluent English in both oral and written

4. Good command in MS Office(PPT/Excel)

5. High degree of Integrity

6. Good communication and logical thinking, attention to detail, quick learner

7. Self-motivated with high work standard
