Job Function工作职责

1.     Set up tooling according to production plan and ensure to achieve customer quality.

按生产计划上模具进行调机，并保证达到客户质量要求。

2.     Operate stampings machines.

操作冲压机床。

3.     Conduct start-up inspection, in-process inspection and keep inspection record.

进行开机、过程检查，并保持检验记录。

4.     Re-set machine parameter to ensure product quality if needed.

如需要，及时调整机器以保证产品质量。

5.     Perform machine daily maintenance and ensure machine are within normal condition.

进行生产设备的日常维护，并保持记录。

6.     Segregate nonconforming products in the production and report it to supervisor.

隔离生产中产生的不合格品，并及时报告主管。

7.     Report daily production output.

报告日常产出。

8.     Record and report tooling issues to tool maker.

记录并报告模具的状态，并将生产异常状况汇报给模具维修员。

9.     Maintain 5S of responsible area.

保持工作区域的5S。

10.  Make proper shift handover.

做好班次交接。

11.  Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

执行主管安排的其它工作。

Qualification and Requirement任职资格

-       Technical certificate or diploma in mechanical engineering.

机械相关专业技校或大专毕业。

-       At least 2 years’ experience in stamping mould set-up and machine operation.

至少2年的冲压行业相关工作经验。

-       Able to work on different shift model.

能够按照公司要求轮班。

-       Able to operate from 40 ton to 160 ton stampings machine independently.

能够独立操作40吨到160吨的冲床。
