岗位职责：
1、 持续改善生产效率，协助解决生产线问题

2、 制定标准工时，分析评价产能现状，制定中长期改善规划；
3、标准化分析研究（操作分析、流程分析）；

4、 识别生产现场浪费及品质的隐患，制定改善对策，推动精益生产及制造成本改善；

5、处理生产工艺过程中的问题，对工艺流程改善或提出改善要求以及生产线平衡率的提升；

6、负责组织建立生产工艺标准并贯彻实施；

任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，3年以上相关工作者优先考虑；
2、熟悉工业工程知识，熟练运用IE七大手法、VSM分析；
3、熟练运用office办公软件，minitab、SAP、AutoCAD绘图软件，6Sigma GB/BB众多项目实践，有PMP证书优先考虑；
