Position Summary：

We are looking for an experienced Project Recruiting supervisor for our projects operated in China. The ideal candidate is someone that work with little supervision, ability to solve problems and comfortable to work in an international company.

Duties an d Responsibilities

  

1） As a team member, responsible for the recruitment of new skilled marine workers for our projects' needs in China

2） Responsible for the general adminstration and C&B for our workers

3） Assist site management team for relocation of our workers, including arrangements of local accommodation, transportation etc.

  

Requirements

  

1） Necessary background an d experience from similar position

2） Knowledge of Microsoft Office

3） Knowledge of C&B, Chinese labor law and other relevant regulations

4） Preferably a Bachelor educational level in relevant area

5） Problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills

6） willing to travel

7） Bilingual English/Chinese 

8） Experiecne in marine recruitment is preferred
