Main Responsibilities:

1. Provides customer support via web, workflow queue, and interpersonal communication.  
2. Processes daily submissions and requests for user access and analyzes each user by provided key criteria and rules.
3. Responsible for making timely changes to existing customer accounts and set up the configuration for customers.
4. Provides one-on-one customer service for customers, addressing issues, escalations and content updates.
5. Ensures customer’s satisfaction is provided at the highest quality. (through hotline, contact us tickets, emails, etc.)
6. Performs special projects as directed which require analysis and decision making, customer record updates and modifications.
7. Identifies process improvements and opportunities for efficiencies.
8. Support customer service team at conference calls, webinars and seminars.
9. Performs other duties as directed.

Main Requirements:

1. Full-time school and Bachelor's  degree in IT, MIS-related technology is a plus, customer service working experience is a plus.
2. Good command of English in oral and written, CET-6.
3. Customer focused with a professional presentation in both written and oral communication.
4. Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
5. 1-2 year working experience. Fresh graduate is also welcome.
6. Extensive internet research experience, analytical skills.
7. Strong work ethic and capacity to thrive in a team environment.
