We are currently seeking qualified candidates as marketing trainer position in our company under the Regional sales manager. Your role is to support to develop in China market.

You will be work with the maternal and child manufacturing industry.

POST AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(Marketing trainer) (H/F)

Under this post, your principal responsibilities would be:

• Responsible for extensive training of all employees all over the country, so they have full awareness of the brand story as well as product features and after sale service.
• Help retailers sell the products during demonstration days, trade fairs or consumer events.
• Plan and execute retail visits across China according to the distribution presence requirements.
• Responsible to secure and implement the best possible presentation for the range of products.
• Work with managers to agree on an optimal presentation.
• Analyze and share sell out data and market trend to optimize product forecasting.
• Train employees and retailers on the brand and visual merchandising guidelines to create a consistent presentation across the country.
• Act as a link between Regional Sales Manager and retailers by pro-actively sharing market & trends information.
• Responsible to provide service and build/maintain a good relationship betweenvand its retailers.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• College degree
• Minimum 3 years work experience in retail / marketing and preferably in an international environment.
• Fluency in written and verbal Mandarin / English.
• MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Flexible working hours, including weekends
• Strong time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Creative with an eye for detail
• People person with ability to train and inspire others both individually and in group setting
• Self-starter, motivated and energetic
• Ability to work independently and conduct multi tasks
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and self-confident
• Requires substantial amount of travel (more than 50% of the time)
• Be able to travel and carry car seats samples
• Multiple demonstrations of the products required

REMUNERATION

Salary: to be discussed depending on the experience level.

Long Term Contract, Full Time

Location: Shanghai, China
