About this role：

Working in Human Resources department, this position provides an opportunity to pursue an HR career in the dynamic world.

The primary responsibility of the HR Officer is to provide HR-related service to employees and support the growth and evolution of the company with an open mind.

                              

What you will do:

• To be an interpreter of HR related topics to employees after mastering Labor Law and HR policies.
• Manage the application and renew of employment permit, residence permit for foreign employees.
• Provide informative support to the employees’ business visa application.
• Provide informative support to the employees’ Shanghai residence permit and Hukou application.
• Maintain data in HR systems with an objective to improve efficiency
• Manage labor contracts with an objective to save manual input as much as possible
• Manage employees’ on boarding and check out thoughtfully and efficiently
• Provide random support to HR projects
• Research and propose solutions to make HR keep up with trends

What you should be equipped with:

• Bachelor degree or above;

·      Good communication skills both in English and Chinese;

• Willingness to take new challenge and learn new knowledge/practice
• Attention to detail, proactive, creative and self-directed.
• Data-driven and research-driven

·      Good interpersonal skill to undertake collaborative work with teams;
