Objective of Job

* Design & Release HVAC ATC(Automatic temperature control) controls, Sensors and electric parts

* Manage HVAC ECU supplier to ensure the on time release of the design & delivery

* Pilot build issue follow-up and root cause analysis

* Support CWT & Road Trip Climate calibration and functional development resources

* Ensure that validation/calibration is completed in time and analyzing, trouble shooting and reporting after testing

* Lead local market strategic development of improved control systems

Brief Task Description

* On time release of the delivery for all parts meet vehicle development milestone MRD.

* Release Source packaging, sourcing support and supplier technical review.

* Design & Release. Lead change management (Solution, documentation, cost & timing, implementation).

* Bench level Control system test report

* Calibration timing plan, test report and test operation/process guide

* Control strategy and algorithm (including HMI logic) research or corrective report

* Fix up related components vehicle building issue and report

* System and Vehicle level validation DVP&R

* Support CWT & Road Trip Climate calibration and functional validation

* Other relating engineering work

Qualifications

* Minimum Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Air conditioning.

* 5+ years working experience in product development related to HVAC control systems

* Well know about vehicle HVAC System developing, integration and validation.

* Knowledge in vehicle electric electronics architecture

* Knowledge of ATC calibration and validation

* Experiences with testing tools like CANoe, CANape, CANalyzer, or similar

* Knowledge of controls system development tools such as Matlab/Simulink is a plus

* knowledge of classical control theory and practice (PID/LQ Control, Frequency Domain Controller design and analysis, Dynamic System Modeling) is a plus

* Candidates need to have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently on problems, be an effective team player and be willing to accept challenges and responsibility

* Excellent written and spoken English

* Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
