Principle Roles & Responsibilities:
? Design promotion strategy and plan based upon the market analysis. Understand and implement both strategic and tactical plan to realize market opportunities
? Drive execution excellence in New?Drug Selinexor disease management campaigns
? Implement the plan and manage the effectiveness
? Maintain good engagement with KOLs, and target regional key customers 
? Set up and deepen inter-department cooperation and communication to develop and implement product strategies and plan

Qualifications:
? Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor or above
? Major: Medical or Pharmacy preferred
? Language skills & proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin
? Required capabilities : At least 2 years of marketing experience in multinationals; sales experience is a plus; Deep knowledge of relevant KOLs with seniority; Excellent people interaction skills; Strategic integration and result orientation; Leadership and decision making
