ACCOUNTABILITIES：

? To lead brake control customer product requirements analysis, simulation and assist Product platform development.

? To understand the whole market demands and competitors status for AP market.

? To interface and closely work with brake control product engineering teams to define  product proposals and system/packaging analysis for A/P applications

ACTIVITIES ：

? To work with internal/external customer to capture clear customer requirements for product system.

? To work with internal/external customers on Doors or equivalent to manage and maintain product system requirements.

? To establish and execute brake control product development together with internal and external teams (customers)

? To set up and run simulation model for new projects, support product proposal preparation 

? To define the product system spec for local customers 

? To define the benchmarking products from competitors and support the analysis and take aways

? To support product/test team to analyze the root cause of return & failure parts.

QUALIFICATIONS：

? Must have more than 5+ years’ experience in automotive or related industry or Doctor degree for new graduates

? Familiar with the development and deliverable schedules of projects requiring the integration of hardware and software into a functional system (preferably an automotive system).

? Must have certain knowledge about electronic and automation system.

? Must have good problem solving skills

? Must have good communication skills and good spoken English.

? Must have experience in Amesim/Matlab

? Preferred to have knowledge of vehicle braking system / vehicle dynamic control system.

? Preferred to have knowledge of Brake Control or similar products.

? Preferred to understand Brake control product knowledge and control principles

? Preferred to have product knowledge in hydraulic control systems

? Preferred to have diagnostic experience

Education and Experience:

? Must have more than 5+ years’ experience in automotive or related industry or Doctor degree if considering gratuates
