Key accountabilities:

? Identify and develop new business relationships (KA, Banking, Insurance, etc.), creating pitch opportunities and obtaining new business wins in order to contribute to achieve annual new business income targets.
? Formulate, communicate, gain support for and implement effective corporate sales strategies which will maximize the sales and profits of the Company products.
? Regularly monitor Distributors performance, back order, inventory and forecast.
? Collaborate to establish the pricing strategies required to effectively gain penetration and market share while meeting defined profit goals.
? Provide timely and accurate sales forecast.
? Evaluate and communicate market trends, customer preferences, competitive information, pricing actions and product information using both direct and indirect customer contacts and utilize this information as a basis for making changes or refinements to existing market and product plans.
? Enhance and strengthen global initiatives such as Opportunity Assessment, Sales Pipeline, Etc.

?Conduct training covering sales skills, product knowledge, competitors analysis and sales strategy on a regular basis.

Key Qualities：
* 3+ years of experience in Channel Sales in lifestyle industry, proven Sales and Business Development track record

* Good understanding of the process and skill of reaching out to potential customers with the goal of finding new business opportunities;

*Excellent Key Account management skills, coordinating with a multi-function team
* Demonstrate effective time management and organization skills;
* Possess a natural ability to network and build lasting business relationships;
* In-depth knowledge of the industry and relevant marketplace

*A proactive self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team;

*Business acumen, result-oriented and the ability to work under pressure;
