职位描述

Main Purpose of the job
  • Ensure the integration of our strategy and plans between in-channel (E-commerce) and out-channel (ensure Digital Content & Media Plan is Integrated with EC Content Plan & Calendar)
  • Formalize Out-channel Yearly Brand Strategy —& thereby quarterly, monthly plans (including media)
  • Formalize Campaign Strategy & Plan per campaign (including media plan)
  • Support Account Managers to Set Brand KPI’s per Year, Quarter, Month & Campaign
  • Face clients to support their brand needs and explain content plan details
  • Support BD Pitches when needed (written & client-facing)

Main Responsibility
Integrated Strategy: Plan & Report
  1.  1. Understand quickly all kinds of Client’s environments and business requirements/needs
  2.  2. Lead strong and professional researches through different channels to be able to document proposals
  3.  3. Know how to search and capitalize on industries and market ‘best practices’ to integrate them into Full Jet proposals
  4.  4. Assist the Project leader in the formalization of Proposal, in terms of content and layout
  5.  5. Prove a strong ability to manage important workload, and to deliver on-time, in short lead-time
  6.  6. Nice-to-have: network in Chinese market to be able to bring some new Consulting business opportunities to Full Jet

Strategy & Plan Performance
  1. Help to develop adequate tools for BD and Full Jet marketing
  2. Help to improve and update Full jet presentation material
  3. Identify appropriate marketing channels and tools
  4. Lead BI researches, and systematic researches to spread out to all potential stakeholders
  5. Help to formalize Full Jet internal business process, with all appropriate RACI, and tools/deliverables
  6. Conduct weekly research tasks focused on the area of digital marketing to improve Full Jet business intelligence (e.g. audit new digital marketing platforms, case study digital campaigns in China, analyse new digital marketing tools, update KOL trends, etc.)
  7. Work with the digital marketing team to share trends and findings relevant to the digital marketing initiatives currently undertaken by Full Jet

Business Development Support
  1. Analyse, plan, implement and evaluate Client projects
  2. Support and operate alongside the Strategic Planning team by collecting, analysing and delivering data in different types of formats
  3. Brainstorm and discuss strategies with teammates and leaders to deliver the best solutions for the projects
  4. Be effective on all analytical tools to be able to address strong and impactful business recommendations to the Client
  5. Assist on the preparation of all kinds of Clients’ presentations: meeting documents, results deliverables, project management documents, etc…
  6. Carry out extensive research on business and market trends and incorporate those results in recommendations to the Client
  7. Assist Consulting Team and Project Leader in all Logistics aspects of the project
  8. Capitalize on all project aspects, to improve all future deliveries and Clients’ projects
  9. Nice-to-have: network with clients to build relations and sustain them for repeat assignments

Skills and requirements

  1.  5+ years of experience in consulting and strategic planning, with exposure to different industries, clients’ topics and environments
  2. Experience in international business
  3. Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  4. Deduction and problem solving skills
  5. Excellent project management skills: able to handle multiple tasks
  6. Strong retail and fashion retail business sense in China
  7. Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, both written and verbal
  8. Professional level on Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
  9. Able to handle with time pressure, and heavy workload
  10. Entrepreneurial: able and willing to work in a small size start-up organization where versatility is a must and where one is asked to multitask. Can take initiatives
  11. High level of integrity and loyalty
