岗位职责：

1. 负责微信公众号、微博、小红书和抖音等平台的日常运营工作，包括内容编辑、发布、维护、管理、互动，提高影响力和关注度；

2. 策划并执行活动方案，并根据制定的内容方向发布各种符合要求的内容；

3. 提高粉丝活跃度，与粉丝做好互动，对粉丝的网络行为进行分析与总结；

4. 挖掘和分析用户需求，收集用户反馈，分析用户行为及需求，即时掌握当下热门话题；

5. 紧跟微信、微博等社交媒体发展趋势，深入了解平台特点及资源，探索运营模式。

岗位要求：

1. 大专以上学历，市场营销、广告学、传播学、新闻学或文学相关专业优先；

2. 热爱互联网，1年以上新媒体运营相关工作经验；

3. 熟悉微信等公众平台的使用方法，对网络热点敏感，能独立把握策划、运作热点话题；

4. 有较强的文字功底，对互联网文化敏感，能够准确把握网民心态，能撰写出符合市场需要的文案；

5. 有一定的图片编辑能力、信息采编整合能力，熟悉网络推广；

6. 对工作充满热情，具有极强的执行力及团队合作能力，擅长沟通与协作；

7. 有英文基础者优先。
