职位描述

Primary Function Manages IT service functions and capabilities support to Elanco commercial operations and Wusi manufacture site for Stallion office move and IT cutover work. The primary focus of this role will be partnering with Global ETS, China Elanco IT and local business organization to deploy and manage IT capabilities, infrastructure and IT tools supporting both Commercial and Wusi operations. Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities o Site Service Operation Management o Incident Management – Provide oversight for services provided by external service providers, coordinate with enterprise-wide IT partners, and serve as a liaison to the business partners and IT leaders, especially for escalations. o Problem Management – Engage with SME team and follow up on root cause analysis, analysis of trends, and recommendations to improve and stabilize the solution. o Develops incident handling and escalation policies, SOP and procedures. o Tracks and analyzes trends and generates statistical reports; o Identifies, recommends and coordinates user training programs to increase computer literacy and self-sufficiency; o Liaises with vendors for procurement and implementation o Provides effective hardware and software asset management and life cycle management (LCM) o Technology Integrator o Identifies, recommends and coordinates user training programs to increase computer literacy and self-sufficiency o Manage OCM and technology life cycle and execute transition of technology cutover. o Work with technologist & quality SME to develop needed application turnover processes and deliverables. o IT project management and execution, ensure solutions are scoped & delivered according to approved budget and target dates and meet the business needs for key stakeholders and users o Quality Analyst o Ensure adherence to Elanco IT quality requirement and SOP o Create, review and maintain documentation to support IT quality requirement

Qualification and Skills - University degree, major in information is preferred. - Minimum 5 years’ IT project and IT support experience. - Experience and understanding of Commercial business operation and manufacture Operation. - Demonstrates excellence in implementing OCM changes for complex projects to business partners. - Strong expertise and patience in coordinating complex testing environments and projects - Excellence in managing vendor and influencing colleagues to complete work in timely fashion and same time balancing expectations of management on accountability and appropriate ownership. - Experience in Global IT system testing process and toolset – coordination of multiple groups in testing - Excellent in oral and writing skills(both Chinese and English) demonstrating the ability to take complex changes or impacts to the business and applying them in easy to understand and simplified communications. - Demonstrated ability to drive work to completion either in front or behind the scenes. - Demonstrated experience in coordinating multiple integrated IT or business modules of complex implementation either during testing or cutover activities. - Hands on experience implementing complex IT projects - Ability to proactively identify issues and either resolve or escalate to appropriate levels for resolution. - Effective leadership skills to manage several projects at one time and ensure the team meet deadlines including regional or global projects/ initiatives. - Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information/situations and able to network effectively across groups and levels. - Ability to work under pressure and compliance with strict deadlines.
