Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the development of lean roadmap and VSM for the company, identify improvement opportunities and drive improvement projects to support roadmap and VSM.
2. Assist in the establishment of the LSS system, support the lean six sigma training, and promote Lean Six-Sigma(LSS) tools and methods
3. Drive the continuous improvement of the factory shop floor and processes, promote the improvement of safety, quality, cost and delivery
4. Lead/participate in cross-departmental improvement projects, track the progress of improvement projects, observe and review onsite to ensure completion of practical actions in the workshop
5. Assist the manufacturing engineers of each production line to study the production work time, and make production operation standards and documents
6. Participate in the process design for new project sample build and trial production to ensure the scientific design and smooth operation of the whole process in the early stage of the project
7. Work with planning, production and engineering for production headcount and capacity planning
8. Provide technical support to departmental or cross-departmental LSS improvement projects
9. Work with cross-functional personnel to set up standardized processes, templates and tools
10. Provide training to all levels of staff on lean production/continuous improvement principles, knowledge, skills and methods, such as 6S, eight wastes, production line balance, standardized operation, production-driving, Kanban, etc.
11. Promote continuous improvement culture, pass basic lean knowledge to line supervisors and operators, and assist in establishing lean culture within the organization

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, 8+ years of working experience in the operating department of foreign manufacturing companies
2. 3+ years of working experience dedicate on industrial engineering, lean production and continuous improvement (Tier I automotive industry preferred)
3. Ability to find problems, analyze causes, collect data and find solutions
4. Proficient in using PPT/EXCEL as tool for data analysis and reporting
5. Familiar with lean six sigma methodology theory, DMAIC, 8D and other methods and tools (lean six sigma experience preferred)
6. Strong sense of change, strong ability to work under pressure and drive project aggressively and independently

8. Candidate with PMP/IPMP, Lean Six-Sigma black belt certificates is a plus.
