For our Energy Management Division in SHANGHAI, we are looking for an Om Specialist-订单执行专员

What are my responsibilities?

1. Full responsibility for internal execution of appointed delivery project, main focus being in minimizing delivery time and maximize delivery quality. LP business from order intake to issue invoice stage.

2. MTool and SAP date updated on time

3. Methodical implement the project management process to ensure to deliver the product on time/quality.

4. Effective communication up and down stream about project key milestone issues and major scope/technical matters.

5. Manage changes and variations and keep a good traceability of them.

6. Customer satisfactory survey

7. Customer FAT co-ordination

8. Share folder transfer on time, and tidy folder to meet with audit result

9. Assist to claims for variation in scope, delay, prolongation, and acceleration as appropriate shall be made where the RC PM fails to comply with the contractual deliverable.

10. Providing accurate and timely project statistics data for essential KPI calculation and reporting

11. Review and investigate relevant NCRs for applicable CA s and Pas.

12. Check material status and push related department make sure all material are available before assembly

What do I need to qualify for this job?

* Aware project management process, Customer Orientation

* Ever worked in Switchgear Company for 1 years

* SAP experience in Sales Order/MM/Logistic/Production model is preferred

What else do I need to know?

1. Basic knowledge of power distribution system.
2. Basic knowledge of power system protection.
3. Good communication skill
4. Good office software skill
5. Working Language: English/Chinese
6. IT Skill: MS Office/SAP
