Service Manager

Job functions:

1.Scheme, plan and carry out railway projects after sales services in China. 2.Plan and execute quality related service and retrofit activities in Asia Pacific for products out of Hubner Shanghai operations. 3.Coordinate with sales, project mgmt.,quality, technical and other relevant departments for problem analysis and solutions. 4.Plan and release service job on customer side for railway service team. 5.Coordinate with customers for on-site service schedule, supervise for service quality. 6.Provide first-installation on-site support service to customers in China. 7.Regularly visit customers in China for feedback, communicate with customers for service needs. 8.Gather competitor market and product information via service channel. 9.Summarize, feedback and regular reports for service work. 10.Plan and monitor yearly resources, head counts and budget for the service department. 11.Lead and build up the operational service team with technical competency. 12.Communication and meetings with other Hubner service departments in Hubner Germany. 13.Statistic analysis for service actions and risk management. 14. The other tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

1.At least 3 years working experience as service manager in Railway industry.

2. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related.

3. Hands-on and structured work approach.

4. Good verbal and written communication and reporting skills in English and Chinese.

5. Willing to travel with a flexible and short notice changing schedule.

6. Good leadership skills.

7. Be active and solution-oriented; be willing to make decision and follow up.
