3、负责与LPCVD设备一切有关的问题处理及数据提供等；

4、帮助部分员工理解一些维修难题；

5、做到设备帐、卡、物一致，设备标识状态正确；

6、统计好维修记录及分析记录；

7、做好月、日保养计划及统计记录；

8、做好外修工作及统计记录；

9、CAD绘图及文档整理；

10、统计好水、电、能记录，及时与政府部门沟通完成工作；

11、积极主动参与质量环境管理体系建设与维护工作；

12、按时保质完成上级交办的其他工作。
