文创买手店 - 门店店员招聘

岗位职责：

1、负责日常商品销售工作，按时整理当日销售报告

2、熟悉商品及设计师信息，热情有诚意的为顾客提供商品介绍和服务

3、及时整理商品陈列及清理店铺，保持商品陈列整齐及店铺干净舒适

4、掌握货品数量，及时向主管人员汇报销售情况

5、维护店铺客服微信号，做日常商品上新推广，顾客线上问题咨询回复及维护客户关系

6、负责做好货品销售记录、盘点、账目核对等工作，按规定完成各项销售统计工作

7、完成商品的来货验收、上架陈列摆放、补货、退货、防损等日常营业工作

8、提供基本礼品包装服务

任职资格 ：具有良好的服务意识、表达和沟通能力及责任心，有过往销售经验尤佳
