岗位职责：Responsibilities:

找寻并拓展合作中介及潜在租赁客户群。

Develop & seek new agents & potential tenants’ base.

独立操作租赁项目；租赁项目包括现有物业续租项目及空置物业招租项目。

Execution of Leasing Project; Lease project include existing lease contract renew and finding new tenant for empty unit. 

租赁项目介绍并带看

Conduct site visit & project introduction

能独立与房东及租户谈判

Negotiation with Developer/Landlord and Tenant

所有租赁相关文件处理，包括租赁意向书，租赁合同，物业管理合同，租户数据表格，首期租赁合同支付款项计算等。

Follow up all legal progress documents include Letter of intent, Lease contract, Property management contract, tenant database, First lease contract payment calculation, etc.

办理交房事宜

Arrange Handover

新项目开发 –建立房东与政府相关部门关系，装修团队及其他供应商关系，等。

New project follow up –build relationship with landlord, renovation team and vendors communication, related government department communication, etc. 

任职资格：Requirements:

大专学历以上

Bachelor degree or above

拥有丰富的商业地产租赁工作经验，熟悉创意办公楼市场。

Experience in leasing job for commercial building, creative office and F&B knowledge

基础的电脑软件操作技能，如PPT/EXCEL/WORD/PHOTO SHOT 7.0等

Good at computer skill, such as PPT/EXCEL/WORD/PHOTO SHOT 7.0

流利的中英文听说读写能力

Excellent at English and Mandarin
