- 指导客户完成中压产品的现场安装、调试、送电；
- 现场培训客户正确使用产品；现场检查处理产品出现的问题，确保产品及时投入运行；

- 制定项目服务方案、进行服务质量控制及风险管理；建立并维护良好的客户关系，推广服务业务理念。

- 电力系统或机械电气专业大专及以上学历；
- 1-3年相关行业的产品服务、技术、工艺、质量等工作；
- 熟悉开关柜的制造、安装、调试流程，进行现场服务指导
- 掌握电力系统、继电保护、电气自动化、电机专业等专业知识
- 能适应经常出差到客户现场服务
- 能接受不定时工作制。
- 熟练应用办公软件，有良好的英语听说读写能力

As a Service Engineer, ABB Distribution Solutions are a global leader in power distribution solutions, delivering pioneering low and medium-voltage innovations and services. We care about your tomorrow, providing solutions for a smarter, safer, environmentally friendly and more reliable flow and distribution of electricity.

You will execute service work with EPDS Service Product Group/ Distribution Solutions Business Line/ Electrification Business in Xiamen /China country/NAS region. You will act as the technical point person between customers and extended ABB teams.

- Provide guidance to customers to install, debug and maintain equipment properly, to ensure equipment in normal operation.
- Provide training to customer on how to use equipment correctly, settle down customers problems.
- Play a qualified consultant role to help customer understanding MV Service products.
- To promote ABB service products together with Sales engineers.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in middle voltage electrical equipment installation and Commissioning, Master Power System, Relay Protection.
- Familiar with manufacturing, installation and commissioning of switchgear, and accomplish site-service instruction.
- Good understanding of switchgear control theory.
- Familiar with drawing of electric system, electric test and delivery standard of complete switchgear and their main components.
- Proficiency in MS. Office and English skill.
- Willing to travel on business work.
