Responsibility:

• Prepare and review process documentation such as process flowchart, PFMEA, work instruction etc.  
• Develop new technology/processes as required.
• Conduct new product and be responsible for engineering sample building.
• Assist debug and solve technical issues during production.
• Process capability analysis, continuous process improvement and optimization, such as wastage reduction, product failure mode analysis, production yield improvement.
• Cooperation with operation team for productivity and capacity improvement, including manpower, line balance and assembly line layout optimization.
• Maintain and develop production equipment and jigs.
• New equipment and assembly line design and building, cooperate with the supplier to solve the problems during the equipment design, manufacture and usage.
• Cooperation with quality engineer to deal with Quality complain and Customer audit.
• Online operator and technician training for new assembly process or process changing.
• In-Charge of Environmental target review and action follow up

Qualification Requirements:

• College graduate or above
• At least 2 years of process working experience
• Familiar with mechanical and electronical component
• Willing to learn and grow
• Communication ability, Positive attitude and patient
• ISO9001 internal auditors certificate
• ISO14001 internal auditors certificate
• IPC610 CIT certificate
