Responsibility:

• Responsible for quality control of internal production process, from IQC to OQC.
• Responsible for analyzing and solving typical quality problems in the process
• Responsible for establishing product and process control standards
• Responsible for tracking and confirming the implementation and completion of ECN related to the process
• Organize internal manufacturing process audit, follow up the CA/PA implementation.
• Participate in new product development projects, (PPAP/APQP)
• Handle quality complaints from customers.
• RMA data analysis
• Leading continuous quality improvement activities

Qualification Requirements:  

• College graduate or above
• At least 2 years of supplier quality management for a manufacturing industry experience
• Know more about the lean production, SOP and visual management. Successful experience is better
• Skilled use of office software, especially for Excel.PPT
• Good team spirit and coordination skills, communication ability, Positive attitude and patient
• Willing to learn and grow
• ISO9001 internal auditors certificate
• ISO14001 internal auditors certificate
