Responsibility:  

• Material planner

  - Follow up S&OP, work out material planning

  - Communicate with sales about the forecast/sales order and understand production plan priority.

  - Maintain planning parameter in SyteLine, such as material leadtime, sourcing rule, safety stock, etc.

• Purchasing executive

  - Create/release PO by MRP running result or sales order

  - Track the order confirmation, delivery and shipments

  - Review the material schedule to meet production demand, pull in/push out the shipment when exceptions occur

  - Understand each supplier delivery pattern (China supplier)

  - Monitor and report supplier delivery performance and make pre-work to ensure on-time delivery.

• Others

  - Support other department on quality, process improvement and invoice issue.

                        

Qualification Requirements:

• Familiar with ERP system,

• MRP planning experience

• Good communication skill

• Excellent skill of excel and Microsoft.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin

• Good communication skill is a must

• Experience in products of electrical instruments

• Working knowledge of ERP

• 3-year work experience in manufacturing
