Job Requirement

Work with HR agent, finance on monthly payroll, individual breakdown, payment etc.

Work with HR agent on company branches’ monthly social benefit payment

Work on employees’ supplementary benefit management

Support site HR SSC including but not limited to contract renewal, certification, p-file management, leave system management, employee exit process, local hire’s work permit and prepare related HR reports etc.

 HR regular projects   

 Other ad hoc tasks assigned by HR manager

Qualification

    Bachelor Degree, 5 years working experiences in MNC and C&B experiences is preferred.

    Good command of English in both written and speaking.

    Excellent in Microsoft application like Excel, Word, and PPT.

Strong sense of responsibility

Can be positive and self-motivated.
