ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

To support the day-to

day operations under the Order to Cash Team by performing designated transaction processing tasks or accounting activities as assigned in meeting the accuracy and productivity requirements.

To support the Order to Cash Team in handling the daily accounting and performing periodic reporting deliverables. To work together as a team, adhere to service pledge related to timeliness, quality and productivity as set and established specifically for the Team.

To respond to questions or queries from end-users or customers according to the Company’s protocol and/or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); maintain and improve the quality of services continuously..

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

事务处理：

协助和执行交易和活动，以便根据既定的标准操作程序，达成主管的要求，并满足准确性和生产率要求，活动包括但不限于：

-SIS/FSS/电子商务对帐；

-应收账款管理；

-现金申请，客户付款调节，现金流预测；

-账龄分析、坏账、准备金和销帐

-库存记录和核对、盘点、仓库数据库管理

-营业税申报；

-定期进行应计项目。

2.客户服务：

-对交易处理过程中出现的问题进行解答，并说明程序和控制需求，以确保及时完成分配的任务，同时保证质量和内部控制。

                                                                                

 WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

- 2+ years of experience in total, with strong experience in Accounting required

- Fluent in : local language ; Average in : English skills

- Competency Requirements :

- Continuous Improvement: Continue to strive for work efficiency.

- Customer Focus: To ensure prompt response to internal stakeholders.

- Applied Learning: Quick in learning new process and new tasks

- Personal attributes

- Proficient in SAP and Excel Modeling. Advanced Excel skills such as Macro is an advantage

- Willing to handle transactional works

- Detailed-oriented

ACADEMIC QUALIFICAATIONS

Degree holder in Accounting/Finance preferred, at least with Higher Diploma or above
