岗位职责

1.面试邀约：

· 筛选及主动搜索简历，电话面试并邀约店铺候选人来总部面试；

· 每周对店铺候选人面试情况汇总与更新；

· 安排Office候选人面试时间并电话邀请；

2、存档及信息录入工作：

· 面试及入职人员的存档工作；

· 新员工个人信息录入工作

3、办公室日常工作：

· 会议安排，资源申请，接待工作，档案整理

· 上级领导分配的其他任务等

任职要求

1.本科以上学历在校生，周一至周五可实习3-4天优先；

2.办公自动化，尤其Excel熟练；

3.良好的语言表达及较强的沟通能力、协调能力及团队合作精神；

4.工作认真，仔细，有责任心，善于学习与创新。

5.可连续实习时间超过半年者优先

上班时间：09:30-18:00

上班地点：静安区南京西路688号恒基688广场

交通：地铁2、12、13号线南京西路站2号出口步行5分钟即达

薪资：22/h
