岗位职责

1、全面负责工程部的节支运行、跟踪，工厂的消防安全，控制所有水、电、煤等的消耗并严格控制维修费用保证生产***限度的节能、节支。

2、制定本部门的运作模式，并能有效地保障工厂设备、运营生产和建筑、装潢的完好。

3、总结和归纳运行和维修实践、制定和审定设备、设施及建筑装潢的预防性维修计划、更新改造计划且督促执行保证生产设施不断完善，始终处于正常、完好状态。

4、制定和审定员工培训计划，定期对员工进行业务技能、服务意识、基本素质的培训。

5、建立完整的设备设施技术档案和维修档案。

6、随时接受并组织完成上级交办的其它工作事项。

任职条件

1、工科相关专业，有工程师以上技术职称的优先；

2、有物业或者工厂相关从业经验5年以上，1年以上工程经理管理工作经验；

3、必须掌握机电工程设计基础知识、熟悉电子通讯设备、计算机、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理、熟悉基建、环境保护、安全生产、劳动保护方面的政策与法规；

4、持有强弱电上岗证、暖通工程师、制冷设备维修等相关资格证2个以上；

税前月薪6500-8000面议

工作地址：上海市宝山区长建路199号A8A，一周工作五天，一天8小时（每周根据排班安排休息，不固定在周末）
