Mission:

By situating into this Travel Advisor role, you will be an indispensable ambassador in creating with us a world of superb experiences.

What you will do:

To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Work Place Management services in support of internal client's business needs in a safe working environment. This role needs to responsible for:

Travel Management

• Responsible for the check, consult, book, edit, coordinate and cancel of air tickets and hotels for the employees
• Give visa support and handling for the employees
• Have regular vendor review with KPI management
• Responsible for the Data Analysis and seek for better digital solution for travel management
• Prepare Emergency Proposal when meet with special condition
• Provide monthly report with data analysis

Take responsible for insurance related

Foreign Apartment support

• Information consult and support for foreigners’ apartment rental

Workplace related contracts and payment Processing

• Responsible for all the workplace-related contacts signing and payment processing, make sure they be handled timely.

PR, PO and GR processing

• Responsible for all the workplace-related Purchasing Request and Purchase Order and Goods Receiving processing, make sure they be handled timely.

Asset Management

• Provide a physical count of workplace assets
• Timely update the assets inventory and review with a global team

Storage Management (inside & outside)

• Improve the storage management and seek for storage optimization proposal

Other administration work

• Ensure supplier compliance and quality requirements
• Help to identify and solve problems
• Support in assisting preparation and processing all work place related such as event support etc.
• Any other duties assigned by work place team.
• Employee satisfaction

Qualifications

What you need to be equipped with:

• College degree or above
• Good English (written and oral), CET 4 or above is prefer
• Relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Office Skills (good at PPT, Excel etc.)
• Team Player

Bonus Points:

• Worked in sizeable organization with more than 100 employees.
• French Language proficiency.
