工作职责：

l 在公司经营战略、政策的框架下，建立并实施人力资源方针和行动计划；

l 负责组织起草、修改和完善人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程；

l 规划、指导、监督人力资源六大模块工作，负责公司招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效考核、员工关系等工作的综合管理；

l 负责企业文化建设和团队建设；

l 人资其他相关工作。

工作要求：

l 本科及以上学历，五年以上人力资源管理工作经验；

l 熟悉人力资源六大模块，对招聘、薪酬、绩效考核、培训等工作有丰富经验，熟悉国家及上海地区相关的政策、法律法规；

l 具备较强的计划性和团队领导能力、沟通协调能力、解决问题能力；

l 责任心强、执行力强。
