ERGET Group is a specialist in loss expertise on behalf of insurance companies. ERGET Group is specialized in civil liability expertise (operating, professional, product), in technical (CAR and EAR risks), construction (structural damage, single builder’s policy, decennial civil liability) and engineering risks intended for companies. It also developed strong skills in marine, cargo, aviation, energy and personal injury expertise.

  

Since 2005, the Group has coordination teams located in China.

  

It intervenes in more than 100 countries for the main Chinese insurance companies.

  

Missions

  

You will mainly intervene for Chinese insurers on missions outside China (cargo, export product liability).

  

You will learn during your internship how to coordinate the work of the surveyors of our network.

  

You will have to :

  

• Provide help and advice to customers on Insurance Claims

• Communicate professionally with customers and cooperative enterprise overseas (Africa, Americas, Europe and Asia)

• Produce written report for customers

• Handle customer complaints and develop feedback procedure

• Access the loss and responsibility of each insurance claim

          

If your internship is decisive, we will propose you a permanent contract.

  

Languages

  

Chinese: native language

  

 

  

English fluent – French will be an advantage

  

 

  

Qualifications:

  

Bachelor’s degree or above

  

Ideally major requirement:

  

International Law, International Business, Insurance, Engineering

  

Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills

  

Open-minded, smart, fast learning

  

Able to work under high pressure

  

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and its tools

  

Excellent communication skills

  

You will be in the China Head Quarter Office located in Shenzhen (very close to Coco Park)
