Major responsibilities:

• Maintenance flow cytometry instrument (BD FACS Celesta).
• Maintain appropriate documentation of instrument usage and maintenance history.
• Perform data acquisition, cell sorting and analysis.
• Maintain instrument data integrity.
• Troubleshoot flow cytometry instrumentation and software issues.
• Maintain laboratory stocks of supplies and reagents.

                            

    

Requirements

    

Education: BS/MS’ s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.

    

    

Experience and skills:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience operating flow cytometers.
• Must have a working knowledge of flow cytometry software (BD FACSDiva)
• Experience of cell-culture, immune cell phenotyping and tissue isolation is a plus.
