3. Machine room environment inspection, mainly UPS and machine room air conditioning, has been equipped with automatic alarm.

4.Attend the China IT infrastructure meeting every two weeks to learn about the latest IT developments. If there are problems that cannot be solved, you can raise them at the meeting.

5. Participated in the quarterly China IT Leader meeting and listened to the operation report of China IT Support Team (Network,Hosting, EUC, QAD, MES, GIS).

6. Troubleshooting by users to solve various software and hardware problems encountered by users.

7.IT peripheral equipment maintenance, printer, attendance monitoring and access control maintenance.Hardware trouble report or contact the supplier for door-to-door solution.

8. To solve various problems encountered by QAD users, you need to contact QAD helpdesk in time.

9. IT asset maintenance. After receiving the statement sent by HPE every month, check the asset information, make payment application and return IT to the computer when IT is due.

10. Followed the Plant IT operation report, understood the running status of all the computers in the site, and actively contacted users to deal with the exception in time.

11. Wrote IT documents to improve the knowledge base, mainly the training information of IT training and QAD.

12. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

4．参加每两周一次的China IT 基础架构会议，了解最近的IT动态，有无法解决的问题，可以在会上提出。

5. 参加每季度一次的China IT Leader 会议，听取China IT Support Team（Network ,Hosting，EUC，QAD，MES, GIS）运营报告。

6. 用户的故障处理，解决用户遇到的各种软硬件问题。

7．IT周边设备维护，打印机，考勤 监控和门禁维护。硬件故障报修或联系供应商上门解决。

8. 解决QAD用户遇到的各种问题，解决不了需要及时联系QAD helpdesk。

9. IT资产维护，收到每月HPE发来的对账单后，核对资产信息，做付款申请，到期电脑及时返还。

10. 关注Plant IT 运营报告，了解本站点所有电脑的运行情况，发现异常主动联系用户及时处理。

11. 编写IT文档完善知识库，主要是IT培训 和 QAD的培训信息。

12.完成领导安排的其他工作任务。
