You are a reporter and editor to active the community of game-makers in Ubisoft. By involving to plenty of studio internal processes and scenarios from game milestones/release, team building activities and club agenda, you sensitively find those touch points and stories then shine them again to public with your pen and camera.

What you will do:

·         Draft and own communication plan according to studio annual internal events calendar

·         Create timely communications including newsletter, interviews, Mana, Vlog, etc. for right audiences while secure the “Ubisoft Flavor”

·         Provide on spot photographing and video shooting per needed

·         Manage and update staff portrait bank

·         Organize small scale event, such as visitor program, staff club activities, etc.

·         Support other people event per needed

What you should be equipped with:

·         Passion for engaging people

·         Manage and deliver communications in innovative ways

·         Excellent Chinese + English writing capability to tailor your message to your audience

·         Familiar with photographing and video shooting

·         Dedicated and enthusiastic – dare to make mistake and lead initiatives

·         Experience as self-media operating with proven track
