- Be strong in leading the team to achieve sales targets and customers service standard with the Brand's objectives

- Excellent leadership, communication, and inter-personal skills with ability to coach and motivate team members

- Supervise, manage and monitor the daily store operations with the standard of company guidelines

- Strategic, good business acumen, energetic, proactive, responsible and result-oriented

- Lead the team to provide outstanding customer service at all times

- Oversee manpower arrangement, involve in strategic planning and stock management, handle customer complains

- Computer literate in Microsoft Office

- Proficient in spoken English and Chinese
