Objectives & Responsibilities:

• Continuously review our games and ensure the game keeps high quality and in the original direction
• Cooperate with the design, programmer, art, QA and marketing, facilitate development and iteration of features, follow up the resources of all aspects and make sure the product iteration can meet the deadline and quality, push the game project
• Respond to feedback, analytics, and test results in a constructive manner with logical and reasoned suggestions/solutions to improve on designs
• Create and maintain living documentation for all game aspects

Qualifications:

• Familiar 1st person shooter AAA console or PC games
• 1-2 years of experience in game development, or operation or community, FPS is better, outstanding graduates can apply
• bachelor or above
• Excellent communicator (spoken and written) and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to accept critique, willingness to listen, excellent critical sense
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Clear understanding and appreciation of schedules and milestones.

Pluses:

• A core player of current popular mainstreaming shooting games
• Experience with various game editors
• Dream big, but understand the limitations and work within them
• An understanding of usability principles
• An understanding of the dynamics of online communities and social media.
• An understanding of data analysis, good logical analysis ability; Research and remain current on industry shooter trends

岗位职责:

• 持续分析评估产品内容，使用开发运营工具，调整游戏设计或找到解决方案，保证产品高质量和原始方向
• 组织协调设计、开发、美术、测试、市场等各方资源确保产品迭代按期落地，确保项目排期及质量，并推动产品项目实施；
• 响应测试反馈，给出建设性解决方案来持续改进设计
• 创建并维护上线运营工具、文档

任职要求：

• 熟悉***人称射击AAA主机和PC端游戏
• 1-2年游戏开发或运营或社区经验，***是FPS游戏，优秀毕业生也可申请
• 本科及以上学历
• 优秀的英文阅读和口语，以及良好的人际交流
• 能够接受不同意见和挑战，愿意聆听，优秀的思辨能力
• 能够跨团队组织、推动项目落地；
• 清晰理解进度和里程碑

• 国外主流射击游戏核心玩家
• 具有引擎工具使用经验
• 有大梦想，但是理解是有限制，并且愿意与此工作
• 理解用户体验
• 适应动态变化的中国市场和社区媒体
• 具备数据敏感性和数据分析能力、较强逻辑分析，并具有良好分析判断能力；熟悉最近的射击游戏和此品类趋势
