Support the implementation of the Retail Marketing strategies, aligned with agreed Corporate and Functional Objectives & Strategies.

Support the development of processes and systems which ensures Retail Marketing strategies are executed efficiently via close collaborations with key relationships and can monitor success via clearly understood KPI’s.

Develop the necessary skills needed within the Retail Marketing team

Support projects from brief sign-off to implementation ensuring sell-out performance and brand equity consistency

Support the development and implementation of seasonal campaign and permanent communication tools in-line with the store concept to improve sell-in and sell-out and to increase consumer footfall

Maintain an inspiring, motivating, goal driven attitude that promotes our values of honesty and trust in line with the corporate shared values.

Contribute in strengthening the centralized Retail team structure to increase efficiency and maintain close collaboration with Retail Teams, Store Design team, VM team and agencies

Support the creation of innovative and well implemented Retail Marketing Campaigns and tactics which drives footfall, increases revenue and delivers both UPT and VPT incremental.

Can work efficiently with agencies to support the creation of in-house/outhouse window and instore display systems which set the benchmark in the IA industry and are catered across various levels of retail distribution

Support in diligent Budget Managemen

personal qualities

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail marketing and preferable *** branded apparel/fashion/goods.

Skilled in at least Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premium, etc.

Good understanding of the *** market, retail technics and in-store requirements

Background in working cross-functionally with the capability to build strong and collaborative relationships

Fast learning capabilities with drive and creative insights.

English language knowledge
