岗位职责:

? Greet and help patients

? Check patients in, and update pts’ information on Trakcare. 

? Handle incoming calls; take messages and route messages to appropriate party. 

? Help to maintain physician/clinic appointments, coordinate patient flow (late pts and walk-in pts mgmt support), and schedule follow-up appointments 

? Document and help to manage daily clinic activities through Trakcare. 

? Coordinate and prepare medical files. 

? Check and ensure the accuracy of the patient registration details & document completion. 

? Assist physicians and nurses on patient communication. 

? Record and track on outpatient clinic activities. 

? Maintain work area and clinic waiting area tidy and clean. 

? Answer basic patient inquiries and assist patient when required.

? Attend meetings as required.

? Maintain supplies needed for the reception desk to function properly.

? Perform other duties as assigned.
