主要职责 
1.设计并仿真高速或高精度模拟电路模块或IP，包括但不仅限于：锁相环/压控振荡器，数模转换器，模数转换器，高速串行解串器，开关电容滤波器，运算放大器，高精度电压基准等；
2.对模拟电路进行建模和验证；
2 指导并检查版图设计，与版图工程师协作优化电路性能；
3.在实验室调试芯片。

技能、经验要求 
1.对模拟集成电路设计有浓厚兴趣；
2.对下列模块其中之一有设计经验：数模转换器，模数转换器，锁相环，串行解串器，电压带隙基准，运算放大器，滤波器等；
3.有良好分析和解决问题的能力；
4.良好的英语表达能力；
5.工作积极主动，乐于沟通，能与团队其他成员友好合作。

教育背景要求 
微电子，电子工程，电子科学与技术，通信工程等相关专业
